ONE STOP SUCKS Have a problem with my front window fogging up ,an inspector came out and said I should open my blinds to let the window heat up to solve this problem. I have windows in my house that have been in for more than twenty years with no such problem. Went to the showroom and the puppet of a recptionist said a new one would be installed in two weeks. The greatest windows ever. Where do I begin? I cannnot say enough good things about One Stop Home Improvement. The first class salesman came to my house and showed me the very best windows in the industry. I can say that because I have had eight window companies out and One Stop's product was far superior to the rest. Then, the installers came to start the job. An okay home improvement company We chose this company over two other companies to install our replacement windows. The windows that were installed were okay, except for the fact that the order was screwed up for our half bath window and never "fixed". Also, the sales person said that he would be at our house during the install, we have never seen him again. But he had no problem coming to our house at his convenience to pick up our deposit check. One Stop Home Improvement is the best i had one stop out to do my roofing and it was the most joyful experience. the crew leader Tim was the most helpful and explained everything as they were doing it and went out of his way to do extra for free........kodos to you Tim..........as for the office staff, what can i say, you all have been awesome and help make this one of the better home improvements companies i have delt with over the years............happy holidays to you all

Scam Artistists Took our money and ran. Been 3 months and still cannot get a hold of these jerks. Jon our salesman told us 6 to 8 weeks. Owner scott is long gone. No longer affiliated with the BBB either. Taking legal action
Gutters squared away! Recently had our gutters fixed up and gutter guards installed. We had alot of problems with water pooling up along our foundation. We went to their store and were able to pick out exactly what we wanted. Had a great experience from in store visit to completed installation.
