BEWARE OF ONE STOP HOME IMPROVEMENT In Feb 2011, they came out to do my trim and soffett in a blizzard. When the snow melted, I found all their garbage they left on the ground (nails, shaved metal, sharp metal pieces). The work looked like crap. I called and asked them to come fix it and they finally did in Oct. and all they did was hammer nails into the trim and the nails weren't even the right color. Bad work - Harassing Marketing These guys are horrible. They insulated my attic, but kicked up all this mold that made me sick and wouldn't help clean up at all. Also, despite me telling them to stop contacting me, they continue to harass me.
KEEP SHOPPING This company is a joke. The had to replace a window once already and now its leaking water. They are blaming my window treatments!? Do yourself a favor and don't use these people. Their work is crap and their customer service is a joke! They have even gone as far as personally insulting me because I demanded them to fix the problem. Last time they came out to take a look the guy smelled like beer......

Excellent Experience Purchased One Stop's Heat Mirror Windows and am very satisfied with not only the windows but also with the whole experience. Our Salesman, Will Heath, was very informed, professional, and offered us many options. The price we paid was right in line with other companies double pane and triple pane windows, but the Heat Mirror glass beat them all, don't take my word for it, google heat mirror glass! I would and do recommend this company, it is by far the best experience I have had!
RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! RUN don't walk...away from these people. I called for three weeks and left messages with Ashley in the Service Dept. and never got a call back for servicing my deck. I decided to go to their place of business only to find the sign was down and a "For Lease" sign in front. So they basically took the money and ran with it. I'm sure ALL the positive reviews are bogus and posted by the owner of the company. All I know is karma's a real **tch and they will get theirs one day.
