Rey was excellent in the explanation and resolving my problem.
Jason H. was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. He efficiently serviced our air conditioning unit. He showed up on time and explained in detail the services he performed.
Excellent work by Rey A. and his team in fixing the AC issues in two of our home, they were very quick and fixed the issue with great professionalism. He listened other issues and scheduled his team to come and trouble shoot,
Rey did a great job taking ownership of the issues on hand and making sure that all items were corrected to the satisfaction of the homeowner. Really appreciated his professionalism and attitude during a difficult situation.

Jason H. came the same day that we called to schedule a maintenance call. He called within 30 minutes before he came to our home as we were told he would. Introduced himself, put his covers over his shoes and went directly to work. He explained what he was doing and why. Inspected both the air handler and the Trane unit outside. He also inspected the drain line. Fortunately, no problems. He talked to us about vinegar in the drain line, filters, and gave a tutorial on the correct usage of our thermostat.
