Jason H was great during our annual HVAC system check yesterday. He was on-time and wore a face mask and shoe coverings. He was very professional and explained everything he did during the service. I signed up for another year of the Service Warranty Plan with him. This is a very good company.
Jason Herr was our service technician And did an outstanding job. He was thorough, explained everything very well, extremely nice and safe and clean in everything he did while here helping us in our home!! He also helped us make informative decisions on adding products to our A/c system that fits our particular needs. Thanks so much!!

Four years ago, they installed 3 units in my home. I really had a terrible experience and I will never use them again. The installers were complaining constantly about what was needed; everything was a problem for them. Even my contractor got nuts with these guys. We had to have a second company completing thing. Two years ago, while doing maintenance, we found out that one of the units still had inside the white form used for shipping, which is supposed to be removed during install.
