I recently had a very disappointing experience with this company. The customer service was highly unprofessional, and the staff at the front desk were rude and dishonest. I purchased a driver axle that turned out to be broken. When I tried to return it, they told me it was non-refundable. I find it hard to believe that used auto parts shouldn’t be refundable, especially when sold in such a questionable condition. This lack of consideration and transparency is unacceptable.
