My truck wouldn't start when I took it to them. Day later said I needs to replace the flex plate and engine seal. 3 days later called me said it was ready. My check engine light was on when I left and my AC which was working fine when I took it in was now broken. They also left a panel they had removed on the inside just laying in the floor. Highly Recommend!!! I left with a big smile I Went to the dealer and wasted time and money for him to tell me that I needed to spend over $2300 on my timing belt, water pum, some seal and brakes. I stop by One Stop Auto nearby Cutter Ford Aiea and they did a better diagnosis and fixed the problem for under $1200. They were looking out for me. Thanks to Amanda, Bruce, Jo, and the whole team. They care, and I'll be back, hopefully not real soon.
