The salesman was nice and easy going, but after the test drive the vehicle smelled strongly of coolant. No effort was made to investigate the cause or to look into a repair. I was ready to buy but they let me walk off the lot with nothing more than a shoulder shrug.

Pretty good at getting back to you when you leave an inquiry here on Car Gurus with them but..their vehicles are sometimes not really available and or they neglect to get a hold of you when they do become available.

Been keeping an eye on One Source for about 6 months. I've been looking for an affordable AWD vehicle less than 15 years old with less than 150K miles. They seem to be in that sweet spot pretty often. Been there two times. I showed up unannounced once. I liked both salesmen I had contact with. They responded to my CarGurus inquiry in a timely manner. There was no sales pressure and so I was completely comfortable. Dealer made contact within a reasonable time after sending I sent him an email early in the weekend. He was very attentive to our needs and concerns in evaluating and eventually purchasing the vehicle. The dealer handled the purchasing process very smoothly and even gave us a tip on how to best transfer the plate from a vehicle that we are retiring to save us some registration fees all above board and legal. My experience with One Source Motors was very positive, and I would highly recommend them! I requested information on a 2003 Honda Element; the owner contacted me the next morning, answered my questions and we scheduled a time to meet. He was great to work with, the Honda was in very good condition for its age and miles, and I ended up buying it. Communication with him since has been excellent.
