I've been a resident in this building for 5 years now, as of this posting the pool has been empty and out of commission for 10 months. There has been no reply from the office to emails about when it will be fixed, they just keep sending out notices that the pool is out. Seeing as the pool is the main amenity many of us once enjoyed, this is a massive upset that has zero hint of being resolved anytime soon. The managers are not honest and not willing to help. They are rude and inpatient. They make up rules according to their mood. The policy and charges they said before you move in are different from what they actually use. They will charge you for no reason and no explanation. There is no security. Bicycle got stolen, and the gate of the parking garage is broken most of the time.
RecommendedThis is one of the greatest place to live in Los Angeles. The management team is super friendly and they are so helpful when it comes to answering your questions and accommodating so that one can have a pleasant experience living here at One Santa Fe. I’ve lived here for almost four years and it has been an amazing experience.
