This is the best apartment building I have ever lived in. Depending on how much you are willing to pay, you could be waking up to some breathtaking views of the city. Downtown is a stone's throw away and amenities are not lacking. Every one is courteous and the staff are really responsive. My only issue is that you can only get AT&T internet here and their service sucks!
This has been a fantastic place to live! The staff is friendly, the amenities are great, and the building is beautiful. You won't find a better place in downtown.
My boyfriend and I have lived at One Riverwalk since July and we have been happy with our choice since day one! All of the staff has always been helpful and friendly whether it be the leasing office, maintenance, cleaning crew, etc. The amenities are nice and we love being able to easily walk or trolley downtown and being so close to sevier avenue and Ijams Nature Center.
“Working” elevators right by the ground floor garage would be helpful. My biggest pet peeve are these VERY loud fire drills that happen in the middle of the day when I’m trying to sleep (work as a night shift doctor) and this never happened anywhere else I lived in other states. The ceilings are also very paper thin. The front desk crew are all nice! Also these apartments boast one of the best views in all of Knoxville. Love coming home each day to views of the river and Knoxville skyline.
Love the amenities, location and staff. Definitely would recommend to live here
