I live in the apartment complex his office is in. He rents 10 parking spots from the management company. 8 in the small garage and two outside. The rest is extremely limited street parking that is meant for residents. However, his 10 parking spots are never used. He parks his car in the limited street resident parking. Because its right outside his office. Not sure why he chooses to park there. But because of that, some of us are left to park 5 minutes away from our apartment.
