Very disappointed that urgent care closed with no notice but a sign in the door. I work for a pharmacy in the area and even I didn’t know.
This is a very nice, quiet, and clean facility. The staff is super friendly. The facility is easy to find. Parking is plentiful and very accessible. I highly recommend this facility.
Thanks for my making my outpatient surgery experience as bearable and comfortable as possible! Wow! What an attentive staff, team of doctors and nurses here, who provide information that you need and explains everything to make you feel at ease! From my check in until check out time, it was like I was a family member being taken care of, as well as my daddy! I can't thank you enough for making an unpleasant experience easier to get through in a nice, quiet, clean, up to date facility! God bless y'all!!
DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR "ON DEMAND" SERVICE!!! IT IS A SCAM!!!! THEY TAKE YOUR 35 DOLLARS OVER THE PHONE AND TELL YOU TO GO TO THE ER FOR A COLD.....THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND ARE MAKING A BELIEVER OUT OF ME FOR THOSE WHO SAY ST. VINCENTS IS GOING DOWN HILL IN THEIR QUALITY OF CARE. THIS SERVICE IS BEING REPORTED FOR FRAUD AND TO BBB
Best place to go if you need any kind of surgery the facilities are excellent and everyone there are awesome. Love the therapy pool and hot tub .
I went for my consultation yesterday, and was so impressed. The staff was so friendly. I can't wait until Friday to start my therapy.
My husband and son drove there from Gadsden, walked right in and was seen immediately. They both said the staff was amazing and that the doctor really listened to them. Hopefully my son will be feeling better soon. Makes the even more thankful to be an employee of St Vincent's Health System.
