My experience at One Night Affair was AMAZING from the first day I walked in the store!! I called to make an appointment to try on wedding dresses and they were very accommodating. I have a hectic work schedule and they worked with my schedule and made it possible for me to come in. When I arrived for my appointment, I was given a nice balance of attention and privacy. Apparently, my affair is over. After renting gowns at One Night Affair for the past 3 years, and singing its praises to friends, I won't be back. This time, I was treated with such shocking indifference and abysmal service that it overshadows any positive experience I've ever had there. After choosing a gown, one of the women adjusted it with clamps at the back (temporarily) to show me how it would look when altered. I came back a few hours later to try on the altered gown.
