My experience at One Medical - Union Market has been professional and courteous from the moment I signed in downstairs wherein the gentleman at the front desk handles the elevator ….the people at the desk once I enter One Medical office have been pleasant … my wait time is 15 minutes for my appointment either seeing doctor, blood work, then the turn around time for results is rarely more than a day or two. From the moment I stepped into this clinic, I was met with unfriendliness and a lack of professionalism. At check-in, I was greeted with a curt “Can I help you?” while I overheard the same staff member warmly welcoming other patients, even wishing them happy belated birthdays; something I did not receive as a new patient whose birthday recently passed.
