The location is perfect for me because it's right downstairs from my office. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. I do have one suggestion. When I booked my appointment, I wasn't told there is some kind of cancellation policy of 48 hours or something. I also didn't know even though the office is closed on Friday, the staff are actually working there. I had to reschedule my Tuesday appointment and I called them Monday morning.
