The office is nice and clean, staff is super friendly, appointments start on time. Had a cleaning this morning with Diedra....she is so nice, always makes you feel comfortable. Her personality is so calm, that she passes that along. Thanks!

From being seen in a timely manner to the ease of scheduling and communicating with them, they handle the basics better than most. The staff has almost no turnover - Dr. Findlay hires well and creates an environment that employees enjoy. And that carries over to the patients. I used to work in San Francisco when I started seeing him. Now I drive from Fremont. I wouldn't consider changing dentists despite the significant inconvenience. Everyone is warm, caring, and fun. Location is awesome. Complex procedures are performed with brilliance, music, and attention to you. Given that this is a dentist we're talking about, that's pretty amazing. Great experience all round, always.
