I arrived at the office early. But was called at the exact time of the visit. Tori is a wonderful provider that takes the time needed to listen to you and explain the care plan. There was no wait to go to the lab. In and out fast.
I took my mom here for her annual checkup and Sophia did the annual check up for her. She is terrible. She is rude and being very unprofessional. Instead of taking care of her patient and check my Mom throughly, i think she just care about her look for example her hair her shoe and her nails. She tries to talk like she is very smart. I own restaurants and I am not in the medical field. Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and I felt seen and heard. The best medical service on a quick notice everyone I need it.
The process was extremely easy /efficient and the doctor was fantastic!
I did a virtual visit, and the process from start to finish felt seamless. Upload as much pt history you can before the appt. I felt like I had a lot of time with the doctor and she was very kind. I can’t recommend one medical enough.
