I did a virtual visit, and the process from start to finish felt seamless. Upload as much pt history you can before the appt. I felt like I had a lot of time with the doctor and she was very kind. I can’t recommend one medical enough.
I got a cold with a bad cough and needed a prescription for a cough medicine. My primary care Dr of 20 years retired at the end of the year (less than 2 weeks ago) so I tried coming here. Dr Tori N was nice enough, but she refused to prescribe the medicine that I know works for me, because "if something happens, she could lose her license" (what could possibly happen to cause her to lose her license???). Very attentive staff! Nice facility. Dr was on time and did not rush the appointment. Addressed all my concerns and was very professional. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a new physician.
