Dr. Edward Friedman, Ivana, Kimberly, Jonathan and the rest of the team at One Medical Midtown are truly amazing. So genuinely caring and super knowledgeable. This team is the kind of care team that everyone deserves. 10/10
Love One Medical Primary Care Clinic and doctor Fiedman who took the time to listen to all my issues, my wants. This place is very clean and soon as you walk in you are greeted with a warm smile from the receptionist, and a good morning or afternoon. He was very promt with my care, friendlness, and knowledge. One medical is very convenient with online visits this alone was one of the reasons I switched doctors. I would recommend this place and doctor Fiedman because they would tend to their patients.
Front desk staff is rude. When challenged about a specific service she deflected blame to the central call center and shut down. I do not recommend this office.
The entire staff, including Alka, Kimberly Ivana and Jonathan, are so friendly and courteous. I would recommend this doctor's office to anyone looking for a caring group of people.
