One Medical is excellent. Always on time and if I need immediate attention, I can access a video appointment right away. The doctors are really nice too.

Had an excellent, seamless experience throughout. The app is so easy to use and I was able to schedule a next day appointment with a provider of my choice. The office itself is beautiful and calming. The front desk was very friendly and I was seen right on time. My provider, Kelly Thelin, was thorough, answered all of my questions, and I never felt rushed through my visit.
