The office is always clean and the staff are wonderful. Dr. Shahkar is always attentive and she heard my concerns and immediately ordered all of the relevant labs and imaging. Sal was ready and able to squeeze me in immediately also to complete everything. The process was smooth, quick, efficient, and painless. I love the team and one medical and trust Dr. Shahkar more than any other doctor i've ever seen.
I have been going to One Medical Century City for several years and couldn't be happier with the care I've received. The location is convenient, close to home, and the app makes everything incredibly easy—from scheduling appointments and refilling prescriptions to communicating with doctors and staff, receiving test results, and getting reminders. Great medial office; caring doctors and easy to communicate
Had my first experience with One Medical this past weekend and so far it has been one of the best doctors visits I've had so far. The office is super clean and modern. It doesn't feel like your typical sterile doctors office. I had new patient visit/annual wellness visit with Dr Reyes. He listened and took the time to understand my background and history so that he could provide informed care to me and I'm extremely appreciative of the care that was provided.
