Still one of my favourite places to eat in the Bay Area. I had the oysters to start, and scallops. The scallops were done perfectly, seared such that when they arrived at the table, they would have been still slightly under done.
Without a doubt -- anyone who visits One Market *must* give the Chef's Tasting Menu a shot. Experience of a lifetime!! Literally one of the best meals of our lives -- it gave us a chance to step out of our comfort zone a little bit food-wise and I'm so glad that my husband encouraged us to go for it. It was well worth it!!
