I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Empress! She is incredibly patient, gentle, and truly professional in every way. She takes the time to make sure you’re comfortable and satisfied, and it really shows in her work. My hair turned out beautifully, and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking outstanding service!

Empress was such a vibe yesterday. Look at the magic she did with my locs! I dont think I've ever had such a great time getting my hair done and I've been to locticians in Ny that offer bubbly & all that! Fantastic conversation about our healing journeys while listening to great music and she also put me onto Netflix's His & Hers!! If you are tender headed dont go here. If you want to be treated like someones grandson you can go here. She ripped through my hair. Also do not get talked into allowing her to cut your hair, she uses office scissors not hair shears and she likely is not licensed to trim hair. She is also very angry, it felt like she was taking her dissatisfaction with the world out on my hair.
