Horrible person. Beware, this woman Empress owner CEO of One Loc One Love is extremely unpredictable narcissistic and bitter. She manipulated me into believing she was welcoming and of peace. Portraying an image of love, and healing. I was motivated to allow service because of that, and paid my deposit plus extra. Although thrown off at the fact it wasn't a actual salon but in her home.
