We had a guided tour and despite the limited view due to the weather we learnt a lot and saw some cool things. Would recommend a guided tour as you miss the queues for security/lift and can ask questions of your guide who tailors the tour to what you want to hear about. A warning about the lifts they have visual graphics on the way up through time and on the way down simulates flying around the tower for someone who is not ok with heights this was unexpected and did make me feel a bit sick and so you may have want to close y... read more
The view was outstanding and our guide, Jim was superb! In my opinion, the spacious floor plan and unobstructed views made this observation deck superior to the Empire State Building and Sears (Willis) Tower.
