I totally remodeled a house I bought. During the remodel the heating unit was left on because it was so cold this winter. After the work was done before I moved in had One Hour Air come in and clean all the ductwork, heat exchange and coils as everything was coveted with dry wall dust and the unit was starting to labor to keep up.
