The coupon in a mailer prompted me to call One Hour for standard air conditioning maintenance. Good response to my phone call, help in selecting a do-able date. Service tech...Michael, was very polite and covered all the mechanical checklist in a timely manner. He answered a lot of my questions and provided me with written estimates on equipment that is aging out. Nice doing business with nice people!
Had contract with them. They came out to do their seasonal maintence and I told them that one room stayed hotter than the rest of the house. They went up into the attic and told me I needed all new ducts. (My ducts are only 7 years old) and the cost would be 4700. I called another company out. They told me my ducts just needed to be rerouted. And the unit turned and it would fix problem. Cost? $2000. I asked One Hour if there was a cheaper alternative and they said no.
