The crew that did the installation were awesome!!! Very knowledgeable, very professional and did great work. The reason for the 2 star review is more about the company. We purchased a new furnace. The crew was sent with what I believe to be a refurbished furnace because it had a note in it with a date from February that said “adopt me.” The install crew even questioned when receiving the furnace if it was new and properly set up. It in fact was not new and did not work. They then had to return today to install another furnac... read more
David was great he explained everything and showed me a couple of things that I needed to do so my air would come out more. He also told me what i can do to prevent it from shutting off
