Oscar arrived on time, was courteous, gave a time frame for the completion of the regular maintenance job, finished on time, and asked if we had questions at the completion of the work. Very professional.

Bradley was great. Scheduling/dispatch was the problem. After rescheduling two weeks ago due to lack of technicians, I had an appointment today between the hours os 12:00-4:00. Bradley arrived at 6:05. Previous text messages from dispatch were not adequate.
