Amazing service! We were with out heat, furnace needed a quick repair, really fair price. The technician explained everything, and felt like a family member just came over to take care of it for us. Thanks Gubbels! You will get our business again someday.
DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY. Once you purchase from them, it takes 2-3 months to schedule an appointment, which they will call and cancel the day of over 50% of the time. Each time I was told that I "wouldn't pay a dime" but the amount never came off my credit card statement. And, they do not honor their warranties in any fashion, despite all of their claims. TERRRIBLE SERVICE - CALL SOMEONE ELSE.
