I have been a customer of Petrie's and it's 'comfort club member' for many years. All of the staff members and service techs are friendly, helpful and well trained. They have 'gone the extra mile' for me so many times. When my old heating and cooling system went out on one of the coldest nights (Feb. 2014) they managed to have a new one completely installed the following morning even though they were told it would be two weeks before a unit could be here. Superb service! I had the pleasure of having the BEST technician today Eric Binkley did an outstanding job today.
My husband called One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning after going two weeks without air conditioning. The technician arrived at our house only an hour after we called. Eric was extremely professional and courteous. He answered all of our questions and was very honest! Unlike other companies & technicians, he did not try to overcharge us or convince us to replace unneeded parts. I will be sure to use ONLY One HOur in the future and ask for Eric! Thanks for the wonderful experience!
