They no showed my appointment. I confirmed the day prior for John to come do a quote for an a/c unit and the 12:30-2:30 appointment window came and past without so much as a text to inform me. Unprofessional and careless. Update/response: you never called either of us. I was at the house all day waiting for you to arrive. I confirmed on the phone and via your automated system. I have been using these guys for about 3 years now. People in the office are great, and all the technicians I've met are awesome! Mike and John know their stuff and are super helpful!
