If I could give more than 5 stars I would. To begin Luis is friendly, professional and honest. I previously went with Metro for my HVAC needs and they were constantly trying to upsell me, telling me since my coils were rusted I needed to replace my entire system for $13k. But Luis with one-hour was honest with me he said "no we can just replace the coil, everything else on your system is working". One-hour has made a life long customer out of me.
