Colin was wonderful. He went throughly, and explained everything to us, when he did the inspection on the air conditioner. He fixed what needed to be fixed and was reasonably priced.
I lost my hot water on a Saturday due to a very old water heater. Tanner responded quickly, diagnosed the problem, and replaced my water heater in a day. He did a great job. Bears Home Solutions is always great to work with.
We found a water leak in our basement. Jordan found a way to fix it , and within an hour or so we were all set. He was prompt, pleasant, and got the job done well.
Tanner was great to work with. He made me comfortable to ask questions and gave his opinion on choosing a replacement sump pump. No pressure, he just said they all have their benefits and so on. He fixed and cleaned up well and made sure the system was working properly b4 leaving. Very good Experience again with Bears
