Just had our A/C unit serviced for the first time with One Hour. Called to say they were on the way. Showed up on time and the service technician, Ori Cstello Jr did a fine job and answered all my questions. Very polite. Was here one hour. I look forward to the same service in 6 months.

Bought a unit from this company five years ago and every year at least once if not twice a year and it completely breaks down and every time they try to say that it's outside the scope of the warranty even though they guaranteed it for five years or my money back. When I finally asked for my money back after year three they got mad and were very rude and said they only have to repair it. The owner Mike Harris is extremely rude if you go to him with a problem.

Calvin is very knowledgeable and thorough. He kept me up to date and easily explained everything. Calvin provided me with excellent service and is extremely customer oriented, and a credit to his company. I will not hesitate to call on Duggan's as long as they can provide workers of his calibre.

I like that it is a franchise cause you always know what to expect, and they do stand behind the work and quality service is the normal. I like that they background check on employees and that they are insured also. I use them with confidence they will get it done efficient and right on time...

I am so very sorry that I used this company to install my furnace and central air unit. I have had nothing but problems since. The unit is 4 years old and we have had one issue after another every year! So this year, I paid for the so called tune up done Jan. 3, 2015. Of course, it came back with no issues. A month later, Feb, the furnace stops working! Paid to have the tech look at it, and of course nothing found! Tech has been out 2 more times since then and the furnace is still not working. I had Chilltrol come out today to repair a Carrier Heat Pump that is only 7 years old. The technician that came out was very courteous that is why I gave a one star rating. The finding was a Freon leak on the outside unit which was caused by wires shorting against the piping for the compressor. My question to the service manager was how does this happen when wires are normally tied down by manufacturers and the only people that have ever been in the unit were Chilltrol technician to replace the Compressor 3 years ago.
