I had a very bad experience with these guys. I was trying to buy a low priced home for my mother. I was in contract with a condo where downpayment was there and so was the bank loan. In order to qualify the seller for a $15k rebate for affordable housing, oneholyoke put a onerous 15 year stipulation on my 81 year old mother for the sale to go through. The sale then fell through and my mom wound up without a home to go to. Unfortunately oneholyoke is just another Aid agency that doesn't help the people that they claim to help... read more
