Care coordinator is garbage. Unprofessional, acts like she’s bothered and doesn’t allow you to explain or talk , has no common courtesy or business etiquette. I’m a nurse case manager myself with 20 years of experience and I am embarrassed about the conduct of some of the staff in this clinic. The provider and nursing staff we got assigned is great.
Very professional and overall great experience!
Pésima atención, mi papá estuvo esperando su cita que estaba programada a las 9am y hasta las 3pm lo atendieron. Siempre es lo mismo no es la primera vez que pasa! No le daría ni una estrella
