Do not rent from here they won’t let you out of your contract, there are fees upon fees Customer service is terrible very ,very untrustworthy individuals. They will lie to your face, Things don’t get fixed quickly, if at all, Weed smell in apartments, Bug problems. The list goes on.Very not a safe and good place for children.
Dian and Emily have been such a pleasure working with and getting moved in. It is extremely quiet here, I love that because I work so early in the morning. I haven't slept this great in a long time! Thank you
ROACHES, ROACHES, ROACHES. Money hungry company running these apartments do not move here. Every month there’s some sort of hot water issue. Surprise charges with no backing to them when you move out. Save yourself the headache and keep looking they slapped the luxury tag on them but it’s not luxury living at all. You will pay for amenities that don’t work like the gate being open my whole residency. Everything about your payments goes up each lease signing from rent, seeer, trash collection and all.
This place can not call itself luxury at all. The hot/cold water problem is exhausting. That’s just a drop in the bucket of problem we have had living here. So excited to move.
One Eaton Square is the Worst apartment Complex in Tulsa, the people who run this place have towed two of my cars away for no reason. The mailboxes are always broken Into, the hot water almost never works, If your AC goes out in the middle of the summer, good luck getting them to Fix it during 100° weather, the folks who run this place do NOT care about you or your living area at all, this is honestly the most disgusting apartment complex I’ve ever seen, don’t live here if you Have any sort of respect for yourself.
