I wish I could give 0 stars. I paid almost $1100 a month for a 1 bed that had significant water damage all for them to put a tarp and water bucket in my apartment to “fix the issue” also paid almost $80 for a water bill in July just to find out they owe the city a lot of money for past do water balance???? My apartment was flooded due to a water leak outside my building. The black mold has been cleaned and the wall repainted. However, the stained carpeting needs to be cleaned and the cause of the water leak repaired. A hose running from the leak up the hill on the outside - does not keep the water from running downhill and eventually repeating the problem.

I wish I had good things to say but sadly I was let down. As first time renters, my partner and I were excited as the property was described to be resort-style and they preached about having so many great amenities. They hyped up the renovations of all their pools but could barely finish one that they can’t even keep clean. I guess the high rent wasn’t enough to cover all the renovations.
