Been searching for a good hot yoga studio for over a year that holds Bikram Hot 26+2 classes. This is rhe real deal!
The instructors are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making every class a joy to attend. They create a comfortable environment with no pressure, no matter your skill level. Their years of teaching experience really shine through. Highly recommended!

Such a beautiful studio to get ur yoga sweat on. Staff are always so friendly, caring, and inclusive. I love the bikram yoga because u can go at ur own pace, as hard as you need it to be. No more stiff legs, frozen shoulder, or rsi elbows and fingers for me - all gone !!! And my endo is under control - but only if I keep going regularly 🙂
