I visit Saratoga Springs at least twice a year and One Caroline is always my go to restaurant for delicious seasonal cuisine, great wine as well as a relaxing atmosphere. Definitely would recommend!
Great atmosphere and Shane Sanchez the Bartender was very knowledgeable and friendly. My first time there and I will go again. I loved the Brussel Sprouts.
The Best Source in our area for a Variety of Original, Underground Music from Local and Regional acts to National and even International Bands/ Musicians thanks to Super Dark Collective and the Super Dark Mondays series, and the awesome staff at One Caroline. And all shows are free! Also, excellent food, beverages, and atmosphere thats enjoyable and reasonably priced for everyone of all ages and tastes.
