RecommendedSpencer came out and promptly fixed a major outside leak we had on a pressure valve. Very professional and will definitely use again.
Fast and efficient service for my hot water leak from the valve in the wall. Spencer 14 did perfect work replacing the valve.
Called after 5 on Tuesday scheduled to come out by 9 the next morning and by 11 had my septic line from the house to the tank replaced and septic lid repaired. Great guys, super nice, very professional.
We had four issues at our house that needed repair. Nick came out, on time I might add, and stayed until everything was finished. Checked on other issues also. This is my best experience with a plumber after using many over the many years of homeownership.

I was very impressed with this company. I love that the first visit is only $35, and the pricing was fair. The repair and customer service were top notch.
After only 8 months in our house a pipe burst in our slab. Our home warranty sent us a contracted plumber after 5 days of waiting that was only at our house for 14 minutes and charged us a $104 fee to tell us our hardwood floors and cabinets would have to come out and it would cost around $20k!! I called One Call based on the good reviews and they did not disappoint! No ball park estimates given over phone for anything. Came out and cost was extravagant. Paid $35 just to get them gone. Could have saved myself the trouble with an honest receptionist. Would not recommend
We had a great experience with these guys - they were friendly, accommodating, and knew exactly what we needed. Chad was a great technician - and he focused on not doing the expensive stuff until all other avenues were exhausted. Our plumbing problem is solved and I wouldn't hesitate to call One Call again.
