Jose Garcia will flat out lie to you
They are the worst landlords I have ever dealt with. They are very unprofessional and never answer emails or phone calls. They never fix the repairs on work orders or if they do it’s very delayed and thus leading us to breaking our lease to move out. Or trying to at least. They have not communicated with us about this process or how we go about getting another tenet in. Like I said very unprofessional.
DO NOT RENT OR BUY FROM THEM. Poor communication, poor record keeping, you can NEVER get in touch with them. I'm still waiting for multiple things in the house to be fixed and for credits they promised to give me, only to find out my lease was transferred.
DO. NOT. RENT. FROM. THEMM you can never get a hold of the property manager, my window has been broken twice. They said it was carpet in the rooms it’s not. My apartment was broken into and they charged my Account a late fee and I paid on time and I never got the money back. Do. Not. Rent.
