Doctors and staffs are very nice. They care about the patients and families. Sometimes place would get crowded. It is understandable! This week, my brother and I went and it wasn't crowded...
If I could I would give them 0 stars...STAY FAR AWAY!!!! This department does not answer the phone or return calls. I have been calling for 2 weeks to schedule an appointment and have not received any call backs. I even spoke with other departments and explained the situation but no one has done anything. I would NEVER recommend this office or Einstein. Imagine being an 85 year old woman, with a referral to this place, already worried because she has a irregular blood test that could be cancer but is unable to get any help f... read more
I call and talk to someone from your office.The receptionist/operator told me they will call me back. Never did. I call again explain to the receptionist/operator I’m was trying to set up an appointment. They act like I did know what talking about. I gave them the record. Very unorganized and unprofessional.
