I love this store! You can always find great deals. I will say, however, the staff need to be trained more in customer service. I’ve been here over 10 times and not once has anyone ever greeted me or asked if I needed help, etc. They all just always talk to each other or will stare at you & not say anything. As a former store manager, I have a pet peeve for this at any store lol. Your website says that you accept items from the last 5 years. When I went there for the first time the woman told me that they only want things within the last 1-2 years. Which is correct and perhaps your website should be updated if it is only 1-2 years? They pretty much gave me back the two full totes I sent them the other week.
Great store, can be hit or miss at times based on inventory but I just got a TON of name brand (Timberland, Polo, Justice) for a steel. Always are running great promotions. They are particular in what they choose to buy and dont pay very much for items you sell to them, but that helps keeps their inventory of good quality and prices low. I always shop on a Tuesday to take advantage of their 15% off if you have their shopping bag.
