This place is a fraud, they pick and choose what type of people they’ll give back a decent amount of money to. They “passed on items I had that would’ve been perfect going into The next season WITH tags (POLO.NIKE) they love saying pass on worn or stained but have some of the most disgusting items w/ holes !! And the nerve to charge within $4 difference of things like Old Navy! My coworker gave back something she got from them just no receipt NEVER WORN and They passed. Bunch of Cons
They overpriced items that you can buy BRAND NEW for way cheaper and whenever I go into the store the employees are so rude.
RecommendedI’ve been to a total of 4 once up a child locations. This location is BY far the best. The floor is also so neat, orderly and well stocked. The girls that work there are so friendly, helpful and considerate. The manager, Aubrey/Audrey (that’s my fault for not taking a better look at her name tag) has a lot of pride and happiness in her store and it shows. I’ve never had a bad experience here whether it’s so buy or sell. 10/10, love this place!

I love Once Upon a Child. The merchandising is amazing, clothes are great quality, and prices are great. I was an avid shopper of the pop up Consignment Events until I found this store. Two thumbs up!
