Called before coming to make sure timing was correct for coming to sell items. When i got their they say oh we not buying at the moment oh cool. I started shopping because i needed a few items for baby woth knowledged that they closed at 8pm because that was what i was told over the phone. Again ay 6:10pm ma'am are you waiting to pickup because we are actually closed now... A total mess at this location and they rude
I love Once Upon a Child, so I was happy to find that this location wasn't to far from where I moved to. A bit bigger than the Maple Shade location, very nice selection for baby boys. BUT the clothing selection for big boys was ok, lots of long sleeve shirts which bummed me out cause it's still warm out. Now the downside to this store, my son asked to use the bathroom and it was absolutely disgusting! Very unsatisfied I rushed over got there at 730 trying to sell a five items she couldn't do it saying they shut that down , it goes down a hour before closing it doesn't say that on any of the sites or any social media page or in the store , how are people supposed to know . I needs to get my son shoes he out grew his and I didn't know till last min because he doesn't wear shoes often but we are going away tonight and now my son has to wear shoes that are to small for the fact shoes else wear are expensive.
