I dropped off my one bag of items that have been washed. I received a text message to pick them up shortly after I dropped them off but I figured it was an error since I just dropped them off. It was supposed to be an hr and 45 minute wait. We go out and eat and come back and was told that they have a gas smell and have pet hair on them and they had to pass on the clothing. Today I was treated very bad. I brought some stuff in to sell & they only took 11 of the items. The girl then tells me they don't take Granimals brand anymore & I asked her why & she got snooty & said I don't know I'm not a sorter. She could have easily asked one of them why for me. I just thought it was very rude.
Service is always friendly and I've gotten a lot of brand new items there! Super cute stuff.
I love the selection of brands. I'm a little disappointed with the buying process. It seems that it spends who sorts your clothes. I only bring in the nicest clothes. My first time they took almost the whole box. Today they only took 13 things out of 2 boxes. Said t was for wear and such. They're all in fantastic shape so I was a little confused but it is what it is. Charities will enjoy them.
The staff is so helpful and the quality of the products in the store is great. They are selective in what they purchase but that makes my shopping experience much better...love it there!
