I am so surprised reading some of these reviews. I went today for the first time and I am in love! Bought a ton of 0-3 month and size 6 girls clothes at an amazing price. I will definitely be back to buy again!!!
They have nice used and new clothing somewhat fair prices
They never buy anything and always say your items in bad condition and its very embarrassing when I know the items are very good condition and the store is a mess nothing is organized at all
Sure, just don't try to sell your things to them, no matter how nice, its like they have a supplier n just act as if its consignment. Annoying. But that said, YOU'LL like the prices.
The people who work there have no idea what they are doing. My stuff was barely worn and in better condition than what was on the racks. Some were even designer clothes! I left with most of my stuff and $20. Complete waste of time.
Twice now I've gone to their grab bag/clearance event and both times I have been EXTREMELY happy with the items I got when I got home. It's chaos and hunting, rolling and stuffing but I LOVE it. Every time I facebook message or call about products I get quick and happy customer service. I seriously love this store.
