My experience today at the Once upon a child at the Middle Settlement Road Location in New Hartford, NY. was anything but pleasant. The staff couldn't be more rude. I looked for my items with my friend and my twins, 5 yr olds with special needs. We gathered what we wanted and headed to the check out. The staff Alexis incorrectly used my debit card as she swiped it not once... BUT TWICE, before entering to use the chip. This caused the bank to flag it for fraudulent charges. ...Continue Reading
Have a flyer out saying in demand for school age attire, but doesn't buy anything I sell. None of the boys size 5 old navy buttons ups and Sperry shoes. Was told the clothes were too musty (as the employees pass over the dryer sheets since the clothes were out of the laundry) Not to mention the clothes and shoes they offer for sale are worn out or stained, better off just buying new clothes for your kiddos. Waste of time!

I went there today. They had a large selection of things that were way over priced for used goods. I don't think I will go back.
