RecommendedIn crazy pandemic times, it's hard to shop small or shop anywhere! The staff patiently took pics and talked me through shopping summer clothes for 2 boys and I picked them up the next morning curbside. Friendly staff, quality clothes and shoes- fabulous experience! Made my day!
I brought in a pair of NEW, never worn boots, and they gave me $1.80 for them. I looked through the shoes they had for sale, absolute garbage! Worn out, grungy, crap. The bins were over flowing with shoes that should be in the trash. I was so disgusted, I went in the restroom to wash my hands. Toys are broken or missing pieces. Thank you so much to Jennifer and Lexi who helped me out big time today. It was an already really stressful day for me and they were able to ease that for me a little bit. Way over priced for stuff you could get at a garage sale for much cheaper!!!! The staff dresses like they are bartenders at a family store. They don’t wash the products before it gets put on the floor for sale 🤮
This is one of my favorite places to go! i bring all the stuff my children have grown out of, clothes, shoes, toys, and shop while they go through it all! They take the time to explain why or why not they accepted items and then offer cash on the spot. What they don't purchase, i donate. You're obviously not going here to make top dollar since its a resell store and they have to make money as well, but im always happy with whatever i have been offered AND i normally just use it all towards my purchase. I dropped off two pack n’ plays. One had approximately 4 months of use and one had been used maybe three or 4 times. They offered me $25 for both. I’ve seen what they sell them for. What a sham!
Way overpriced. Unfriendly staff.
They would not take one of the pairs of shoes I brought in (which I had purchased from them & never got to use cause my son outgrew them)....:was told they looked to used. I asked how they decided what they buy & I was told it was up to the worker at the time. Seriously? If you every looked in their shoe bins....they are worse then the pair I brought it. Waste of time, cause you ever know what they are taking or the person is deciding to take that day.
I have taken in 3-5 totes of stuff many new or in great shape and they keep at least a tote full and what they keep is NEW with tags and they offer me 15.00. And it’s stuff they were needing as well. Then turn around and sell it for way more. I brought in a ton of summer stuff and they offered me 10 CENTS each for the items and then turn around and sell for 1.50. okay I understand profit but really that’s crazy on how much profit.
