Absolutely love the concept of the store, love the selection, and love that quality! The employees aren't as friendly as they should be given their positions and I find it weird- when you bring clothes in, the clothes one employee doesn't take, another one usually will? And for the love of God can you coincide your sales with Plato's so I spend less time traveling to NH �
I was in over the weekend selling some children's clothes and i just like to say that im rating the amount of money they give for items is poor!I felt like i was just giving away my stuff.

I brought in a bag full of name brand items and they offered me $19. I have $50 north face boots (practically new bought last season) that they wanted and a Carharrtt infant snow suit that goes for $65.99 currently that is also in brand new condition. Like a smack in the face. I had a brand new Abercrombie and Fitch sweater in there and they didn't want that because it was I guess Slightly "wrinkled" but they wanted some sleepers that had dirt on the feet lmao what a joke.
