I have brought totes full of clean nicely folded clothes. New / barely worn in perfect condition and they would not except even half of them. And offered me very little for very nice clothing that was name brand as well. I do not understand how they turn down nice clothes and yet sell old stained clothes.

Barely takes anything (even brand new) probably because they are overloaded with junk (pilling, stains, faded) on the racks already! I’d rather donate to someone in need then waste my time driving there to be told there is normal wear on brand new never worn clothes.. don’t bother!
I brought a trunk full of baby clothes and a tote full of shoes (very gently used in original boxes) to consign. The took all the shoes out of boxes (15+ pairs of PediPeds, and high end brands) and put them back in my tote, took a handful of clothes, which they covered the shoes with and gave me a little over $25 for it all... I didn’t realize they took all the shoes and left me with empty boxes until I was back in the car, or I’d never have agreed to their deal!
