This is my favorite store to sell my kids outgrown clothes. I just took two bins of clothes in and they bought almost half of it and I made $120. That's very fair in my opinion. It's so much easier than selling on Craigslist or having a yard sale. It only took them about 25 minutes to go through my stuff. They always have good deals on clothes as well and most of the items they sell are in excellent condition.
Good for buying, but not selling. They either low-ball on everything or take nothing. Only gave 3- stars because the people are nice. Last time selling.
One of the better locations. Looking over the negative reviews it's clear that many of those mothers don't understand what a secondhand consignment store is. I've both shopped and sold here over the last two years without any problems. While at times the store has long wait times often the staff is super nice. If you follow the rules on how to sell items to them you should walk away with a nice amount of cash or tax free clothing. I normally buy the next size up while the staff goes through my stuff.
Love this store out of all the local locations. Never had a bad experience, and never walked out empty handed. Sold $52+ worth of stuff and walked out with a bag full for $42. Lots of cute stuff available now. �
Recently made it back in there to pick up some clothes for my son. Hadn't been there for a while due to being ticked off that they wouldn't accept my resales for almost a yr and all my stuff was actually BOUGHT AT THIS STORE. Spoke to a Melissa concerning this & she told me they were trying to turn the store around and give it a good reputation again. Thank you Melissa I will be back much more frequently now to both buy & sell first positive experience in ages!
If i could give them NO stars i would, everytime i go in there the employees are all RUDE & they accept all this junkie stuff but anytime i bring something brand new in there either never worn or worn max 5x they wont take it. But have all these stains on all their other clothes. I will never recommend this place nor will i ever come back.
