The employees at this location are so rude. I felt like I was a complete inconvenience to them. They will also not give you much money for your items. I’d rather donate them to kids in need than take their small offer for clothes they are going to sell for triple what they paid me. So that’s exactly what I did. I took all of my items back and donated them. Don’t waste your time.
I went to the clearance event and it was amazing! So many things!! The staff was so nice and polite even with all the craziness going on! The line was long to cash out but they were knockin it out!! You giys have no idea how much you have helped my Christmas this year! Truely Thank you!!
I was told I would get half of what the retail value was of what I dropped off, and I got a fourth of it. It was originally $70, and they gave me $17! It was in mint condition! Not to mention THEY will sell it for twice (if not more) than that. It's a scam.
Staff is very helpful, especially Tanisha (think that's how you spell her name). When I had an emergency going on she helped me threw the whole thing, and provided me with great customer service after the emergency happened. I've been to a lot of stores, and never met anyone as nice as her!
I have never sold here as I usually just pass along to another in need. But I habe brought from here many times. I have never had any issues with the employees or the clothes I have purchased. Definitely intend on shopping again when my children need clothes again.
I went in yesterday to sell some toys my daughter no longer plays with and they offered NINE dollars for pretty much every single thing in the bag. Two pet doctor kit carries (includes stuffed animal with full doctor kit), a Doc McStuffins car with a Doc doll, puppy and cart, baby doll clothes, a laptop and a few other items. That's ridiculous. The baby doll clothes alone were $20. I used to love this place, but the prices you offer now are unfair.
This was my first time and my last time. I was at the door and the associate locks the door. I understand they close at 5:00, but I was at the door. There was steal toys and bikes outside, so there were my few minutes I could have gotten what I wanted, it was at the door anyway. There were even people behind me going to the same place. The owner should check the people who work there and maybe read the reviews about what people are saying about their.. company.
